@Mazooe It depends on how well you can manage the reality of the situation. Some people want and prefer a strictly professional engagement with an e-girl or some kind of sexual companion for the exact reason you describe. Good people can be difficult to come by. If you can afford to do it that's not a problem, but the problem becomes when we let that person take complete mental control over us and and drain our finances. @Mazooe I think it's a culture that is well on its way to its self-destruction. The bad ones push out the good ones until nothing is left but black holes closing in to eat each other.
The issue is it won't die any time soon. It would be replaced by a "better" more discreet or durable version. Humans are social animals and the internet is a sea of lonely people. As long as there's an E-Girl faking care and kindness out there, the disease will never end.

@Mazooe As long as humans exist, there will always be people looking to exploit those who are vulnerable for personal gain. Prostitution is one of the world's oldest professions for a reason. We may not be able to fully kill this exploitative industry, but we can still minimize the damage it causes. E-girl culture is difficult to call out or criticize without getting accused of misogyny, but I think it is more effective to teach vulnerable people that investing in themselves will give them the satisfaction with life that an e-girl never could. If you remove the food source, the beast will starve.
As a woman I'm proudly misogynistic,. mostly because I hate everyone almost equally but E-Girls pushed me further into hating the majority of women i met.

Honestly, I do see a lot of women who behave exactly as you describe, but I feel like the men paying for this crap should be held to higher scrutiny too. They're the ones with the wallets. They're actively choosing to finance these people and inflate their egos instead of paying for a personal trainer or therapist, or bankrolling sex robot manufacturers, or donating it to those less fortunate, or something infinitely more productive than simping.
Also they've ruined online exhibitionism because there's no longer purity of intention when somebody posts themselves online, but that's beside the point.
